چکیده
Many countries aim to promote low-carbon and eco-friendly development find a route sustainable development. For such development, model that helps design build appropriate constructions is necessary. Thus, this study carried out establish by combining the Delphi method, analytical hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy logic theory (FLT) (DAFuzzy model). In expert’s opinions are reflected in three dimensions (green facilities, ecological community participation) nine factors building materials, photovoltaic power generation, energy-saving equipment facilities), green roof, planting/vegetation, rainwater collection/water recycling (ecological subsidies, resident participation, norms (community participation)). Then, AHP used calculate relative weight of each factor. Finally, using FLT, output value factor calculated best scenarios influencing for scenario. The result shows facilities most important dimension, followed participation facilities. Among 45 different model, consider with participation. scenario include equipment, norms, recycling, roof. proposed validated residential houses Conghua District, Guangzhou city, China. Considering scenario, DAFuzzy proves requires support policies large investment. research suggests house needs government people’s understanding

In this paper, a new soft computing group decision method based on the concept of compromise ratio is introduced for determining decision makers (DMs)' weights through the group decision process under uncertainty. In this method, preferences and judgments of the DMs or experts are expressed by linguistic terms for rating the industrial alternatives among selected criteria as well as the relativ...

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of urban regeneration decision-making based on entropy weight method: Case study of yuzhong peninsula, China
Urban regeneration decision-making is a complicated system, which requires that stakeholder interests balance in aspects of the economy, society and environment. It is necessary to identify the key factors affecting urban regeneration and then construct an urban regeneration decision-making evaluation system to provide a basis for objective and comprehensive judgment for urban regeneration deci...
متن کاملFuzzy multi-criteria decision making method based on fuzzy structured element with incomplete weight information
The fuzzy structured element (FSE) theory is a very useful toolfor dealing with fuzzy multi-criteria decision making (MCDM)problems by transforming the criterion value vectors of eachalternative into the corresponding criterion function vectors. Inthis paper, some concepts related to function vectors are firstdefined, such as the inner product of two function vectors, thecosine of the included ...
